DigiMarketing provides campaign planning, AI-assisted drafting, scheduling and publishing where supported. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account and campaigns

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You must own or have permission to use campaign text, media, trademarks and connected social accounts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every campaign, including AI output, before scheduling.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful advertising, deceptive claims, impersonation, copyright infringement, unsolicited bulk messages, evasion of platform controls or unauthorized account creation. Follow each connected platform’s rules. Signup, identity checks, consent and account verification remain the account holder’s responsibility.

Batch publishing and automation

You may approve a group of your own campaigns for future publication on accounts you control or are authorized to manage. Batch approval applies to the reviewed copy and selected channels. The service may space posts, defer a batch, pause delivery, or apply account and provider limits. Provider rate-limit responses may trigger limited retries. A scheduled time is a requested start time, not a guaranteed delivery time. Pausing cannot recall a post already sent or stop an in-flight provider request.

Ansible manages scheduled worker runs; it does not create social accounts, bypass verification, contact every platform user, or grant access to another person’s audience. Do not use batch controls for unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, artificial engagement or repetitive spam. Platform permissions can be withdrawn independently of these terms.

Advertising standards

Review campaign accuracy, evidence for claims, pricing, offer restrictions and any required sponsorship or material-connection disclosures. You must have permission to advertise for a client and use their brand or content. The service does not independently verify your products or commercial claims.

Service limits

Direct publishing supports configured authorized Facebook Pages and Mastodon accounts. Other listed channels support planning and export only. There is no promise of reaching every user, guaranteed sales, impressions, uninterrupted service or successful delivery. Provider outages, approval requirements, rate limits and account restrictions may affect campaigns. Paid advertising placement is not included. The marketplace supports one-time purchases through configured payment gateways; subscriptions and automatic renewals are not implemented.

Marketplace purchases and delivery

Product pages describe the scope, one-time USD price and delivery estimate. Advertising spend, social-platform fees and items excluded by the listing are not included. No additional tax calculation or shipping charge is added by this version. The operator is responsible for setting a lawful total price and applicable tax treatment before enabling live sales. Provider currency conversion or bank fees, if any, are controlled by your provider or bank.

Template kits provide a text download after verified payment. Managed services enter an operator fulfillment queue; purchasing does not mean the work has already been completed. Estimates run from confirmed payment and receipt of a usable brief. Contact the operator if scope or timing needs adjustment. Campaign services do not guarantee sales, follower growth, platform approval or universal audience reach.

Checkout is hosted by Stripe or PayPal when enabled. A browser redirect alone is not payment confirmation. Review the amount and gateway mode before proceeding. Sandbox purchases are restricted to administrators and do not represent live charges. Retain your order reference when requesting support, corrections, cancellation or a refund. Refund requests are reviewed by the operator and processed through the payment provider; marking an order for refund review does not issue a refund. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. No automatic renewal is created.

AI and responsibility

AI can produce incorrect or inappropriate content. Verify prices, offers, claims, disclosures and rights. Generated drafts are not legal or professional advice.

Ownership and termination

You retain rights to your submitted content and authorize processing only to operate your campaigns. The operator may restrict accounts for violations. Delete drafts or your account through the workspace; published posts must be removed at their original platforms. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without guarantees, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be identified on this page. For support or disputes, contact the operator through the hosting provider’s published support channel.
